How Does Assessment Take Place?
Once we receive your first payment, you will be enrolled onto your course, assigned your tutor, and booked onto an induction. Throughout your course, your tutor will be there to guide you through the course material (via online meetings) and help you in anyway they can with your assessments. 80% of the course uses online learning, the remaining 20% uses Work Place Observation. This is when your tutor will observe you, working in a care setting, and ensure you are implementing your learning in order to perform care duties to a high standard.
Duration
The course is flexible and we encourage students to learn at their own pace. We stipulate that candidates complete the course within 9 months.
