Level 2 Adult Care Diploma
The level 2 Care Diploma is recommended for those who are working within the care sector mainly under supervision. Successful implementation of the training learnt on this diploma will help organisations meet the conditions and standards underlined by the Care Quality Commission. (CQC). Level 3 Adult Care Diploma
The Level 3 Adult Care Diploma is the UK industry standard for those working in the adult care sector. This training course is for those who hold some responsibility in their workplace, and work without supervision. This Level 3 Adult Care Diploma gives learners the essential skills and competency necessary to work with adults and learn essential health and social care understanding. The Level 3 Diploma is available via e-portfolio, giving the student greater flexibility and the ability to learn at a pace that suits them.

Level 4 Adult Care Diploma
The Level 4 Adult Care Diploma is the natural next step for those who have completed their Level 3 Diploma and are in a role where they have supervisory responsibility for others. The Level 4 Diploma is applicable to a variety of roles, where workers have key responsibilities for delivery of care and support and/or a level of supervisory responsibility for others, such as; Lead Adult Care Worker, Senior Care Assistant and Team Leaders. The Level 4 Adult Care Diploma is specifically designed for Care Coordinator and Senior Carers in a supervisory position who are in Adult Care and may work in residential or nursing homes, domiciliary care, day centres, a person’s own home or some clinical healthcare settings.

Level 5 Adult Care Diploma
This Level 5 Adult Care Diploma in Leadership & Management is the equivalent of a Foundation Degree and is the UK industry standard for managers working in the adult care sector. The Level 5 Diploma qualification is for leaders & managers in a range of adult care settings such as residential services for older people, and people with disabilities. Training covers decision making, safeguarding, leading and managing services, service improvement, governance & regulatory requirements. The total cost of the Level 5 Diploma is £1500.
